Buying a home is a big purchase, so let’s go for coffee and chat about it.
We will be working closely together for weeks, or possibly months, and you’ll be making a buying decision based in part on my feedback. So whether you’re a seasoned buyer and have purchased before, or if this is your first home, the first step in this process should be to talk about your needs–and a buyer’s appointment is the perfect time to do that.
At our first meeting, we’ll talk about the buying process and what you are looking for in a Realtor to see if we are a fit. We will discuss the type of home you are looking for and when you would like to find it. We may review some possible homes online and determine which ones you would like to see–we have a service that automatically emails you new listings that meet your needs, and we can set you up at our first meeting. We’ll also determine the best times of the day and week for you to see homes and schedule our next tour.
This meeting can be a quick 15-minute chat or we may spend longer and go into more detail–it is all up to you.
