A seller’s appointment is all a part of my simple 3-step appraisal system:

1.Pre-Meeting Research

Before you and I meet, our team will put together an information package on your home. We will get a copy of the title, the BC Assessment, past listings, and if it’s available, a copy of the MLS listing when you purchased the property. We research past sales and currently listed homes in the immediate neighborhood and I bring all of this information with me.

2.Meeting For a Seller’s Appointment

As much as this is about viewing the property, a seller’s appointment is also about you and I meeting in a comfortable situation and making sure we are a good fit. When we meet, we will review your home and discuss your motivation, time frame, and specific attributes of your home that set it apart from others.

3.Create a Current Market Appraisal (CMA)

I will take all this information back to my office, review it, and create a market appraisal with a price range of what we can expect to sell the home for.
